Roz Lahey Accounting can also assist our business clients with Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC) obligations and Building Services Authority (BSA) reports for building industry clients.
Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC)
We act as the registered office for most clients with corporate entities to ensure all ASIC forms and paperwork are prepared and lodged on time. Most ASIC forms have lodgement deadlines with significant penalties if lodged or paid late. We also facilitate new company registrations, new business name registrations, deregistration issues and yearly ASIC renewals for clients.
Building Services Authority (BSA) licence
To work in the building industry, each company/individual requires a BSA licence. To apply for new building licences or renew your existing licence, you are required to submit an accountants report.
We prepare BSA independent reports to have your BSA licence granted or renewed. Our extensive understanding of the BSA system ensures your applications are lodged on time.
